- Browse the MUHLE Glow Beauty online shop, select your products and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, select your delivery option and complete payment through the secure payment methods available.
- How do I know my order was received?
- A confirmation is provided after a successful order. Please retain your order number for any enquiries.
- What payment methods are available?
- The secure payment methods available at checkout are displayed to you before you pay. PayFast will be activated once merchant verification and integration are completed.
- Where can I see product information before I buy?
- Every product page shows the description, size, price, available shades or options and current availability before you add it to your cart.

- MUHLE Glow Beauty delivers throughout South Africa wherever our delivery partners provide service.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery method you select.
- Is delivery free?
- Yes — free delivery on orders over R3 000. Orders below R3 000 carry a R130 delivery charge, applied automatically at checkout.
- Can I use PEP Pay & Collect?
- Yes, where the option is available at checkout.
- Can I use locker delivery?
- Yes, where Pudo locker delivery is available in your area.
Returns & Refunds
- Can I return a product?
- Returns are handled in accordance with the MUHLE Glow Beauty Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- What if my product arrives damaged?
- Please contact MUHLE Glow Beauty as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- What if I receive the wrong product?
- Contact us immediately with your order number and details of the product received so that we can investigate and assist.
- How do I request a refund?
