6. Academy Materials

MUHLE may use product photographs supplied by manufacturers, suppliers or approved partners. Sakhile must ensure that images used on the website are authorised for the intended use.

Where content, trademarks, photographs, music, fonts, software or other assets belong to third parties, MUHLE will use them only where it has the appropriate permission, licence or other lawful basis.
9. Customer Submissions
Where customers voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, photographs or other content, MUHLE should obtain any permission required before publishing the material for marketing or website purposes.

Reviews must not be knowingly fabricated or misleading. MUHLE may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent or unrelated to the service, subject to applicable law.
11. AI-Generated Assets
MUHLE may use approved AI-generated or AI-assisted images, avatars, text and other creative assets. Such assets must be reviewed for accuracy, appropriate rights and brand suitability before publication.
12. Bella and Other Avatars
Bella, Adrian, Beverly, Aaliyah, Amara, Nia, Serena and other MUHLE digital trainer/assistant identities are part of the MUHLE customer and Academy experience. Their content, voices, visual identities and scripts must be managed consistently with MUHLE's approved brand and usage rights.
13. Links and Sharing
Users may share links to public MUHLE pages provided that the sharing is not misleading and does not imply an unauthorised partnership, endorsement or sponsorship.
14. Website Availability
MUHLE aims to keep the website available and functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, hosting issues, updates or events outside MUHLE's reasonable control.
15. Security Reporting
Users who discover a genuine security vulnerability should report it through an official MUHLE contact channel rather than exploiting or publicising the vulnerability.
16. Enforcement

Sakhile must audit the live website for unauthorised stock images, copied text, incorrect logos, unlicensed fonts/assets and inconsistent MUHLE branding before launch. All product and supplier content must be traceable to an authorised source.

MUHLE may update this policy when its digital assets, website technology, licensing arrangements or legal requirements change.
